HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Go to Korhani.com. Choose the category you would like to shop under. Browse categories. Select and add product to the cart, while following the secure checkout steps to place the order.

WHERE CAN I SEE MY ORDERS?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address used when making the purchase. Inside the confirmation email, you will see your order number and a breakdown of order details.

WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUM?

There is no order minimum. You can place orders valued up to any cart size.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

YES. ALL ORDERS PLACED ON KORHANI.COM WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OUT.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED OVER EMAIL.

CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE?

NO, WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SEND OUT SAMPLES.

ONCE PLACING AN ORDER, WILL I RECEIVE an order confirmation email?

YES, OF COURSE. ALL ORDERS PLACED ON KORHANI.COM WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, AS SOON AS THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, THEREFORE, CONFIRMING THE TRANSACTION. YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER ONCE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER PLACING?

YES, BUT ONLY IF YOU CANCEL THE ORDER BEFORE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED OUT.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER AFTER IT WAS PLACED?

We aim to typically process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed on the next following business day.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all Korhani.com orders excluding Made-to-Measure orders. Made-to-Measure customized products will be quoted with shipping to your address.

HOW MUCH IS THE STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING FEE?

No charges will apply for shipping fees of the ready made product line. Made-to-Measure products: Specified charges will apply for all customized orders and discussed before the order is placed.

WHICH CARRIER IS USED FOR SHIPPING?

We ship all Korhani.com products using Purolator.

DO I COVER THE COST OF RETURNS?

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns of the product in new or resalable condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund on the cost minus the shipping costs. You will be responsible for the returned shipping costs.

We will accept returns and exchanges of rugs in new and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery, with valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded, therefore the customer will always be responsible for the returned shipping costs.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

We process all orders within 2-3 business days. If your order has not been shipped out yet: Please contact our Online Department, using the contact under the contact us page or give us a call at 1-866-KORHANI (567-4264). If emailing, when filling in the form, please write "Order Number | Changing Shipping Address" in the subject line, which we will typically reply to within 1 business day.

HOW BIG ARE THE PACKAGES WHEN DELIVERED?

We are offering rugs ranging from sizes 2x5ft - 8x10ft, with some shipped folded (depending on style) and others shipped as rolled rugs. This would leave shipment sizes from Medium – Large.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

DOES KORHANI OFFER EXCHANGES?

We will accept returns and exchanges of rugs in new and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery, with valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

CAN I RETURN A DISCOUNTED OR FINAL SALE ITEM?

No returns will be made on discounted or final sale items.

DOES KORHANI SELL GIFT CARDS?

No, not at this moment. Korhani will sell gift cards later down the road.

HOW DO I CHECK IF AN ITEM IS IN OR OUT OF STOCK?

If a product is out of stock with no intention to manufacture more, you will no longer see it on our website. For products where more stock is on the way, you'll see an out of stock icon on the product and collection pages.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU SELL IN?

Korhani.com sells all products in Canadian Dollars.

HOW DO I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY RUG?

All products are shipped with a label detailing the care and cleaning instructions for that rug.

DO RUGS COME WITH A NON-SLIP UNDER PAD?

No. None of the Korhani rugs come with an additional non-slip under the pad.

ARE ALL KORHANI RUGS TREATED WITH MICROBAN®?

Our Canadian made rugs are treated with Microban®. You have the option to include Microban® protection on your Made to Measure order.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A KORHANI PRODUCT HAS MICROBAN®?

When a Korhani product is labeled with Microban®: the rug features 24/7 antimicrobial protection which inhibits 99.99% of bacterial growth and is effective at inhibiting stains and orders while improving the life of your rug.

CAN YOU DRY CLEAN KORHANI RUGS?

No. Do not dry clean any Korhani products.

IS MY KORHANI RUG GOOD FOR PETS AND CHILDREN?

Yes. All rugs listed on Korhani.com have a low-medium pile height of 1/4 - 1/2 inches and are great for high-traffic areas with children or pets.
