We aim to process all online orders within 2-3 business days prior to shipping. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund on the cost of the product minus the shipping costs. You cover the costs of shipping back to us using the carrier of your choice.
If you use your own shipper, provide a tracking number for your package and ship to the address given to you by our customer service department. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When we receive your purchase, it must be in unused original condition and packaging.
